About Us

Dr. A.J Peretz
A proud third generation dentist, Dr. Peretz has a personal commitment to perfecting the art of dentistry. He knows a beautiful smile includes your face, personality and individual spirit, not just your teeth.
He has provided care to the greater Washington, D.C. area for over 20 years, and strives to create a positive environment and experience for all patients. Dr. Peretz and his staff continually learn new dental techniques to ensure patients receive the most advanced dental care available at their convenience.
A 1997 Howard University graduate, and recipient of the prestigious Oral Pathology Award, he completed a rigorous general practice residency at Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown, PA., fulfilling more than required by the dental licensing board.
A member of several honored professional associations, Dr. Peretz is an active supporter of the National Kidney Foundation and volunteers his dentistry skills to the local VA , as well as overseas.
He is currently welcoming patients from Bethesda, Arlington, McLean, Alexandria and Washington, D.C.
Meet The Team

Amy
Office Manager
With over ten years of dental administrative experience, leader of the pack, Amy motivates the team with an upbeat attitude and a sense of humor.
Outside the office, Amy enjoys playing football, hiking, snowboarding, attending comedy clubs and concerts.
Her advice to patients is: Prevention is the key to dentistry, bring your children in for their happy visits early on so that we can build a trusting relationship and keep those chompers clean and healthy.

Shirin
Dental Hygienist
Shirin lives in Virginia and earned an Associate of Applied Science degree from Northern Virginia Community College. Her favorite part of being a hygienist is working with patients to achieve optimal oral health and help create beautiful smiles.
In her free time she likes to travel and spend time with her family and friends. She is passionate about health care and leading a healthy lifestyle and nutrition.
Shirin reminds us that everything in the body is interconnected and having a healthy mouth means having a healthy body.

Niva, RDA
Dental Hygienist
Niva is originally from Nepal and moved to Arlington, VA six years ago. She earned her Associate’s degree in Liberal Studies at the University of the District of Columbia. She has always known she wanted to practice in the dental field and loves meeting people from all over the world.
During her free time, Niva likes to stay active outdoors including hiking, biking, and kayaking. When she’s not able to have fun outside, she likes to watch movies and attend concerts.
Her advice to patients is to remember to floss and brush twice a day to prevent a buildup of plaque and visiting the dentist at least twice a year.

Michelle
Dental Hygienist
Michelle Kaszas has been in the dental field since 2003 and practicing as a Dental Hygienist since 2006. Originally from Panama, she attended Florida State University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene. She currently lives in Old Town, VA.
Michelle says that the best part of her job is the people, their stories, and experiences. “I learn a lot from the patients. I have the pleasure of connecting with a vast array of people from different walks of life. Knowing them makes me a better person. My hope is that I help to better their lives in some way too. I love to make people laugh. I’d like to think that I help to make the dental experience better for the people I treat.”

Indya, NRCDA
Dental Assistant
New to Washington DC, in order to further her education in dentistry, Indya accommodates over 10 years of experience in the dental field.
In her down time, (outside of studying) she enjoys learning, taking her son and dog on nature hikes, volunteering, & cooking.
Indya feels extremely grateful to have found her life's purpose in dentistry at a young age:
"It is just so internally rewarding to accompany and aid a person on their journey to either accomplish or maintain a healthier and confident smile."

Dina
Dental Assistant
Dina lives in McLean Virginia and earned a degree in Nutritional Sciences from Penn State University.
Dina is passionate about pediatric care and education as well as integrative medicine. Dina hopes to attend Dental School and have become a dentist one day.
Dina moved to the united states when she was 4 years old from Cairo, Egypt. She loves to cook, exercise and spend time out doors as well as travel.
