Dear Dr. Peretz,
I am writing this letter to express my most sincere appreciation and gratitude for your excellent dentistry and personal treatment of my "case" we recently worked on "together". Time after time, I had been told that my intermittent pain was normal and an after effect of my previous root canal. Not only was I dissatisfied with these explanations, but also I never felt "whole" with the crown that had replaced my natural tooth. That crown was not only ugly to me, but it also continued to remind me of the trauma of the childhood fall that let me to getting the crown in the first place.
However, after almost 5 years or more of dealing with this trauma of physical discomfort as well as unhappiness with my appearance, I finally feel at peace with my new crown and my new SMILE! I have always taken pride in my teeth and have been told on numerous occasions what a beautiful smile I have. Now I can honestly say that i will be able to appreciate such compliments whole-heartedly and with true gratitude.
Thank you once again for your patience, persistence and overall wonderful dentistry. I am truly thankful to have you as my dentist.

Thank you for your competent and professional care while 1 was your patient recently. I came to you with a chronic problem and you proceeded with its treatment cheerfully and confidently. It was a difficult extraction but painless for me. Thanks for using the type of local anesthesia that I requested; I have had so much dental work since I was 6 yrs old that I get picky sometimes.
When I became anxious about being without my lower partial for two weeks, Lori was very understanding about my request to see you. And you were so compassionate. You sat down, made eye contact, and listened to my problem. I felt better immediately and told you that. In fact, you have gotten nothing but positive feedback from me, right! And I want you to take my appreciation into 1999 with you as you continue your dental practice.
Please thank Lori and Dorothy, who are so accommodating and pleasant, and others on the staff of the most efficient dental practice I have ever encountered. See you the end of February for a checkup.

Since moving to D.C. a year and a half ago I have had work done by 4 other dentists, and their customer service, compassion and facility do not compare to that of Georgetown Smile. It's the little things that make a huge impact such as the extremely caring and friendly Receptionist, the forever smiling Michele and your patience and gentle touch. I can also easily see the difference in knowledge and craft of dentistry from the other dentist I've seen.

I wanted to thank you and your staff for their patience during my cleaning on May 11th. A recent trauma to my front resulted in a double root canal, crowns and finally decision orthodortia for the second time to keep the integrity of the use to an edge to edge bite. I have steadily invested personally in the treatment and care plan of fixing my teeth with a cross-coastal move. Iwas nervous about finding an office that would be sensitive and welcoming when addressing my dental trauma. I appreciate the professionalism and care demonstrated in my visit. I also look forward to my next cleaning at which I'll have an oppurtunity to discuss cosmetic treatment options to improve the appearance of my teeth affected by the accident.
